The English Premier League is the top soccer league in England. Twenty clubs play each season, and every team plays every other team two times. One match is played at home, and one match is away. Teams accumulate 3 points for each win, 1 point for each draw, and no points for a loss. The table ranks clubs by points first and goal difference and goals scored break ties. The club with the most points is the champion. This site explains the basics in short and clear steps.
This site has three simple pages. The first page explains the league and the table. The second page explains player roles. The third page shows how to follow a match day and find news. Each page should hopefully provide some insight into one of the most prestigious soccer leagues in the world.
